Return and Refund Policy
Our crafts are all handmade, and as perfect as we strive to be, slight imperfections and differences from one item to the next are always a possibility. But don't worry, if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, please let us know so that we can make it right.
Return and Refund policy:
- All customized orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please double check spelling before submitting a custom order.
- All items are shipped with USPS insurance. Products damaged during shipping are not the responsibility of Pretty Crafty Chic but the US Postal Service. We can, however, assist you with filing a claim if necessary.
- All orders are inspected for quality before pickup, delivery or shipping. Should you determine that your order is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to address your concerns.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED unless it is determined that Pretty Crafty Chic is responsible for making an error, used faulty materials or did not complete and ship order by the date agreed upon.
